Yes, I think it is perfect.
Check it out in all its deliciousness:

It's Koigu KPPPM in the P303 colourway.
And I think it needs to be toe-up jaywalkers.

Where in the world are you getting koigu in Central PA?

"Enquiring" minds want to know.

I love the yarn! I need to figure out what I'm making my socks out of. Maybe Sean will let me use the yarn for his socks...

Karlie - when I saw it, I thought of you! =) Do you have any thoughts on what you'll get?

Cindy - sorry, no such luck. Where do you get yarn here? I've only got the internet...

Stitch Your Art Out in Pine Grove Mills.

http://www.stitchyourartout.com

It's about 10 minutes away from campus--west on College.

Small, but with a nice selection (Elsebeth Lavold, Brown Sheep (of course) Steadfast, Cherry Tree Hill, Manos...), and will try and order what they don't have. Owners are Cynthia and Kim. Good people. Just had a Super Bowl Sale this past Sunday. I got some Fantasy Naturale for 50% off.

I've been getting Socks that Rock, and Brooks Farm yarn online though.

Cindy -- I'm going to have to check them out... they look great online!

Neko_loco - I hope the jaywalker pattern works for this koigu... it's so pretty! And you're welcome for the link... the whole toe-up thing was what finally sold me on having to knit them!
